Q: How long does it take for me to get a refund?
A: Two weeks, max.
Q: Are there ROUT gift certificates and/or gift cards?
A: Not yet. But thanks for asking.
Q: What is the Retail Price?
A: Good question, glad you asked. The Retail Price is that “elsewhere” price. If you looked around online and offline for a comparable product, the Retail Price is what you’d expect to pay (plus or minus a few bucks).
Value is one of our core principles, and to that end we go to great lengths to make quality products for great prices. Because we have an excellent manufacturing operation and because we sell direct to consumers (no stores or distributors, which require the price to get jacked up), we can sell our products at MUCH less than the price you’ll find elsewhere.
Q: How do I unsubscribe from any of your mailing lists?
A: Email us and let us know, or just hit the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails.
Q: Do you allow Cashier's Checks or Money Orders?
A: No. We are strictly Visa, MasterCard and American Express kinda people.
Q: What are cookies? Do I need to enable cookies on my browser?
A: A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web site and is stored on your computer's hard drive. Q: How long will it take to ship?
A: We fulfill orders daily, except weekends. So if you place your order by 1pm Pacific time, we’ll ship it out the same day. After that, it will go out the next business day. The rest depends on the shipping speed you chose. Depending on where you live in the U.S., most regular deliveries take 3-5 business days.
Q: Do you guys have real brick and mortar stores?
A: Nope, no bricks no mortar…but as a result, our prices stay real low (we hate paying rent).
