Q: What is the Retail Price?
A: Good question, glad you asked. Value is one of our core principles, and to that end we go to great lengths to not only make great products, but also to sell them at a fraction of the price you find “on the street.” Because we have an excellent manufacturing operation and because we sell direct to consumers (no stores or distributors, which require the price to get jacked up), we can sell our products at MUCH less than the price you’ll find elsewhere. The Retail Price is that “elsewhere” price. If you looked around online and offline for a comparable product, the Retail Price is what you’d expect to pay (plus or minus a few bucks).

Q: Do you allow Cashier's Checks or Money Orders?
A: No. We are strictly Visa, MasterCard and American Express kinda people.

Q: How long will it take to ship?
A: We fulfill orders daily, except weekends. So if you place your order by 1pm Pacific time, we’ll ship it out the same day. If not, it will go out the next business day. The rest depends on the shipping speed you chose. Depending on where you live in the U.S., most regular deliveries take 3-5 business days.
Q: Do you guys have real brick and mortar stores?
A: Nope, no bricks nor mortar…but as a result, our prices stay real low (we hate paying rent).
