Rout is committed to making your shopping experience a success. Why wouldn’t we? If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return any unused merchandise, for free, within 15 days of the ship date. Fair, right?

Our lawyers suggest we make it clear that unwanted items that are not defective must be returned within 15 days of the ship date, unused, with all hang tags attached for full refund credit.

We believe in the quality of our products and will gladly accept returns of defective merchandise for up to 60 days from the date of shipment, for a prompt refund or exchange.

Items are protected against defect for 60 days from the date of shipment. Please refer to our Rout Guarantee for further information. Theres good information in it, so check it out!

Rout will pay the return shipping costs if the item is returned from within the US. Just call us at 877-672-7688 to request your pre-paid return shipping label, attach it to any shipping box, and take it to any USPS drop-off location.

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed in the form of the original payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied, for it to post to your account. Not everybody is as zippy as Rout.
