We’ve got your back. That’s our guarantee. That means if your item is flawed or defective, send it back within 15 days and we’ll refund your money or send you a replacement, your choice. No questions asked. You can even send it back if you just don’t like it. Make sure to load it up first (whether it’s a pack, wallet, case, bag) and ensure that it’s “recovered" from being in a package for several days on its way to you (we tend to flatten the product, to make it easier to ship).
Bottom line: we are freaks about quality, and go to painstaking effort to make sure everything that leaves our warehouse is 100% rock solid. But like we said, if something slipped through the cracks, we’ve got your back. Simple.
And on top of that, ROUT warrants its products for a full 3 months against defects in materials and craftsmanship.
In the incredibly unlikely event that your product fails due to a defect, we will repair it, replace it, or refund your money at our discretion. Keep in mind, our products are strong - very strong - but they aren’t invincible. We’d like to say they last forever, but they won’t. They’ll last a long time, but not forever
Our warranty does not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, abuse, negligence, or accident. But that’s common sense, right? Our products are designed to carry your gear and protect it along the way. But to be very clear, we are not responsible for any damage to what you carry in your bag (our lawyers wanted us to say this).
